Service Cancellations

We ask that you notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. A cancellation fee may apply for late cancellations or no-shows, in accordance with our booking policy.

Retail Returns

Unopened, unused retail products may be returned within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase for a full refund. Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and do not expire.
